Ahmrac shelves are modeled to fit a specific device exactly — that's the whole point. If you're running a mini-PC or IP-KVM we don't support yet, commission a custom design and we'll engineer a 10" half-width shelf built around your hardware — sized 1U, 1.5U, or 2U to suit your device's height and airflow needs — then print and ship it to you.

Two ways to get a perfect fit

The accuracy of the shelf depends entirely on the accuracy of what we model against. Choose the path that fits your device:

• Design from your measurements ($250). Send precise external dimensions, port locations, and mounting points — or a CAD/STEP file if you have one. Ideal when you can measure carefully or the manufacturer publishes a model. Due the higher difficulty of accurately designing the fit without access to the real unit, this approach costs more, and includes up to THREE (3) revisions for free.
• Design from a sample unit ($150 — recommended). Ship us the actual device. We model and physically fit-test against the real thing, so the first shelf fits right the first time. We return your unit with the finished shelf. Includes up to ONE (1) revision for free.

What you get

• A custom 10" half-width rack shelf — 1U, 1.5U, or 2U as your device requires — engineered for your exact hardware
• Your first shelf, 3D-printed in the USA in our thermally-resilient, non-toxic material
• One to three rounds of revisions if the first fit needs a tweak, depending on which path you pick. Additional revisions can be purchased if desired.
• The same secure, no-screw mounting and excellent airflow design as our standard shelves
• Optional: keystone/IP-KVM mounting designed in, if your device pairs with one

How it works

1. Order this listing and choose your fit method.
2. Send your specs — we'll email you a short form for measurements, or a prepaid label if you're shipping a sample unit.
3. We review the specs to determine the feasibility. We will either accept the work and the order becomes non-refundable, or we decline the request and refund your money in full. 
   
4. We design & fit-test your shelf. Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and our queue.
5. Your shelf ships (with your sample unit returned, if you sent one).

Want it in the shop? With your permission, we may add your device's shelf to our catalog so other builders can buy it. If we do, we'll send you a thank-you: a store credit of $50. Prefer to keep it private? Just say so — your call.
