Assembly Steps
- Slide the JetKVM into the front of rack shelf until the top edge of the JetKVM is flush with the front panel.
- Secure the JetKVM into the shelf using a provided M3x10mm machine screw by clamping the JetKVM from the side. There may be a small "pop" or "snap" as the clamp is tightened. This is normal and is a manufacturing feature separating.
- Connect the JetKVM cables to the rear of the KVM. Note: The type and position of the connectors may vary by revision of the JetKVM.
- Insert Cat5 or better keystone couplers into the rear end of the LabChassis DC power control extension.Â

- Slide the JetKVM DC power control extension into the rear slot. NOTE: Make sure the RJ-12 port is facing inwards and the USB-C port facing out.

-
Connect the cables to the inside of the rear extension:
- 1 ft slim Ethernet cable connected from the JetKVM to the port labeled "KVM"Â
- 1 ft slim Ethernet cable to be connected later to the mini-PC
- 5.5mm DC barrel jack power cable
- RJ-12 JetKVM extension control cable connected to the JetKVMÂ
- Snap the LabChassis rear extension onto the rack shelf.

- Secure the keystone rear extension onto the main rack shelf using an M3x10mm machine screw on the top clip.

- For additional security, turn over the rack shelf and use another M3x10mm machine screw in the bottom clip of the rear extension.

- Tuck the extra lengths of cable inside the rear extension and connect the HDMI, USB-A, mini-PC power, and Ethernet cables to the mini-PC.
